You can use mixed services to create services made up of several sub-services. You can choose whether your customer can see these sub-services. Mixed services are saved and can be called up again at any time under "Previously used articles".
Create mixed positions
To create a mixed service in a quote or invoice, select "Mixed services" as the item type.
Give the mixed service a name, this will appear later in the quote or invoice. You can then create as many sub-services as you like. The individual prices are added up to form the total of the mixed item.
Any mixed services you create are saved together with their sub-services and prices to be called up and edited at any time. ToolTime also saves the quantities of the sub-services.
Use this function to get exact price calculations that remain invisible to your customers. Only the mixed services appear in the PDF view, while the sub-services remain hidden.
If you want a mixed service to be displayed in a PDF invoice or quote, simply activate "Show sub-services in PDF".
Mixed services in the app
If you create an appointment from a quote, only the sub-services are transferred to the appointment, as these contain work info for the employee on site. They can be edited or removed in the app.
If you then create a quote or invoice from the appointment, the mixed services will become visible once more. All changes to the quantities are automatically applied, and the prices are recalculated.
Important: If you remove all sub-services of a mixed service in the app, the mixed service is also removed.
Mixed services in a job sheet
Just like in the app, only the sub-services of a mixed service are listed in the job sheet.
