You can create invoices in the web version on your PC or tablet. There are three different options:
Create an invoice from scratch & not from a pre-existing quote
First select an existing project or create a new one. Once you’re in the project, select the "Invoice" option at the top right under "Add".
Alternatively, select the "Invoices" tab in the main menu and create the invoice via "+ New invoice".
Create an invoice from a quote
Select the "Create invoice" option directly in the list view using the three dots next to the corresponding completed quote, or open the desired quote and select "Invoice" under "Create" at the top right. To create an invoice from a quote, it must have the status "Accepted".
Alternatively, go to the project history of the relevant project, or to the customer history of the corresponding customer, and select "Create invoice" under the three grey dots next to the desired completed quote.
Creating an invoice from an appointment
Open the desired appointment and select the "Invoice" field at the top right under "Create". You can also select the "Create invoice" option directly in the list view of all appointments using the three dots next to the corresponding appointment.
Alternatively, go to the project history for your desired project and select "Create invoice" via the three grey dots of the desired appointment. If there is no project for the corresponding activity, you can create the invoice directly from an appointment in the customer history.
