In the ToolTime mobile app, you will find all the information about your future and past appointments, as well as the corresponding customers and projects.

You can also enter and edit your own working hours and absences via the the time tracking feature.

Your appointments

Once you have logged into the app, your scheduled appointments will be displayed in chronological order. Appointments that are in the past and have not yet been recorded can be found within the “Overdue” tab.

You can find the appointments that have already been recorded under the “Recorded” tab. You can create new appointments directly from the app using the blue “+” in the bottom left-hand corner.

As soon as you have selected an appointment, you will see the customer's address displayed on the map. You can also edit the appointment again using the pencil. If the customer's phone number has been entered, you can call the customer on-site using the phone icon. You can also use the blue arrow to navigate yourself to the appointment.

In the “Documentation” tab, you can record working time, photos, measurements, services and a work report. You can find out more about recording appointments here.

Under the “Details” tab, you will again find all the important information that the person who created the appointment has entered for you.

Under “Project” you can view all important information about the project and any appointments that have been carried out within this project so far. You can also upload documents directly to a project here, which can then also be viewed by the office team in the web version.

Time tracking

This feature allows you to start your working times via the stopwatch or enter them after the appointment. Absences can also be entered directly via time tracking.
