- You are a paying ToolTime customer
- A contract with a term of at least 12 months is concluded between your referral and us
- The first invoice of your referral has been paid in full
- Your referral has not yet had a business relationship with us
- You are not an employee or agent of your referral and do not have any other business relationship with your referral that would make the granting of the bonus inadmissible
- You are not in breach of any legal or contractual obligations by recommending or accepting the bonus
- You do not make any inaccurate statements to us or to your referrals, in particular about our offers
