How to make a referral:

  • Write a message in the chat or message your contact person at ToolTime with the name, telephone number and email address of your recommendation. We'll take care of everything else.

  • Please note: it is important here that you have the permission of your referral to pass the data on to us.

If you are referring somebody:

  • £500 will be credited to your account and deducted from your subsequent invoice

    • For yearly plans, this means the invoice for the following year will be deducted.

    • For monthly plans, the money will be deducted from the second and following invoices until all the credit has been paid out. Please note for monthly plans that there is a processing time of 2-3 days - if next invoice is due the next day, it may take a month longer.

  • The money will only be credited once the referral has paid their first monthly invoice.

  • If you sign for a later activation date and you give a referral straight away and both start at the same time - the earliest date for payout is the second invoice.

If somebody has referred you:

  • For yearly plans, £250 will be deducted from your first invoice

  • For monthly plans, £250 will be deducted from the second and following invoices until all the credit has been paid out
