To write quotes and invoices even faster, you can import master data files, such as existing customers, services and materials into ToolTime.
If you’ve already built up your own customer database, service or material catalogue, we can help you import these to ToolTime. There are two possibilities:
Send us an exported file of your customers, services & materials from your old software (CSV or Excel format).
Use our templates to create your own customer data base, service or material catalogue:
Please note that the quality of your data ultimately determines whether an import into ToolTime is successful. The closer your data is to our template, the better we can map this data for you in ToolTime.
We can upload your existing customers, services and materials for you. Simply send us the files via the customer service chat function, or via email to support@tooltime.app.
Stored services and materials can then be found and edited in the catalogue at any time.
