To use ToolTime, first log in with your user details. Office users can register on both the web version and the mobile app.
You’ll receive your access details either by email or text message before logging in for the first time. If the owner adds a new team member, they will automatically receive their access data via the email address or mobile number provided.
Username
When you log in to ToolTime for the first time, you will first be asked for your username in both the web version and the app. This is usually your email address.
Password
The password for your first login (initial password) to ToolTime is either sent to you via email, text message or given to you by our customer success manager during the onboarding. Enter this password when logging in for the first time. If you opt to log in via the link sent in an email with your access data, this space will be pre-filled. You will then be asked to enter a new password.
If you have not received any access data, please ask one of the office users to resend you the access data via the employee area in the web version, or contact our customer service team.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "Reset password" button.
In the next window, enter your username and select "Send code". You will then receive a 6-digit code via text or email.
Enter this code in the corresponding field, and you can then choose a new password. This must be at least 8 characters long, contain upper and lower case letters and at least one number. You can then log in with your new password.
