Learn how to create customer-facing appointments in the mobile app

In the mobile app, you can instantly assign a customer and a project when creating an appointment.

This way, you can access the contact details of your customers and all of their current projects from anywhere in the world. All you have to do is make sure the team member has the permissions to see the customer details.

To add a customer, click on '+ Add customer' in the upper left corner of the appointment, start typing in the customer's name or company and then select the customer from the list of suggestions.

After selecting a customer, you will then be able to select a project. Click on '+ Add Project' and select an ongoing project under the customer name.

Note: It is not yet possible to create new customers and projects via the application.

Customise Permissions

In the web version, the owner has the possibility to decide which mobile user should be authorised to access the customer details via the app.

All you need to do, is head to the 'Team' tab and click on the three dots next to the employee's name. Click 'Edit' and you can use the toggle to turn the permission on or off.
