ToolTime gives you the option of not only typing up work reports, but also having them typed up automatically using the voice command feature. Simply open the relevant appointment to be documented and tap "Report".

Then, select the microphone symbol on the keyboard. You can now record yourself speaking using the smartphone's integrated voice command feature and then you will see what you have said written down in the report. Then, just tap "Save".

To use this function, make sure that the ToolTime app has the necessary access rights on your smartphone.
