Updated over 6 months ago

Creating a delivery note from a quote

First select an accepted quote. Then, just click on 'Create' & select 'Delivery note'.

Creating a delivery note from an invoice

Select a finalised invoice. Then, just click on 'Actions' and you will find the option to create a delivery note.

Editing details

The customer and project are automatically pulled from the quote or invoice. You have the option of selecting the delivery address from the customer's address book or you can add one manually.

You then have the option of customising the title, date, introduction and closing text.

Delivery quantity

All material items from the quote are automatically transferred to the delivery note and are automatically selected.

You also have the option of creating a partial delivery. All you need to do is select the relevant items and their quantity.

As soon as you create a second delivery note for that same quote or invoice, you will be shown which items you have already been delivered.

When you click 'Finish', the delivery bill will be generated.

Printing, downloading and emailing delivery notes

As soon as you have created the delivery bill, it will appear next to the relevant quote or invoice. There you can download, send, print or delete it as required.

⚠️ No items can be added or changed in the delivery note. Should you need to do this, you can edit the accompanying quote. However, the details of any information already supplied may be lost. Invoices can currently not yet be edited.
